German-speaking Customer Service Employee wanted at Kitemana

Are you crazy about Kiten and do you have an excellent knowledge of the Dutch and German language in word and writing? Then start as a Customer Service Employee in Noordwijk at Kitemana!

What are you going to do?

You will work at the greatest Kiteshop in the world located in Noordwijk ZH and you will strengthen the Customer Service team.

As a Customer Service Employee you are the point of contact for customers with advice and questions via telephone, e-mail and social media. This is done in both Dutch and German. Your German must therefore be at a level where you are well able to communicate in German with the different customers.
In addition to answering questions, you also have administrative tasks related to order processing, returns and guarantees.

Working days and working hours
You must be available at least 24 hours a week. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm.

At least MBO level 4 (ISCED 3) working and thinking level;
