This year the Cabrinha Switchblade has received a major upgrade. Cabrinha has used new, super strong, Nano Ripstop canopy in all 2020 kites. This Nano Ripstop canopy has twice as many cells compared to the normal double ripstop kitesurf canopy. In addition, the Nano Ripstop fabric is finished with a special plasma coating so that the canopy of your new Switchblade 2020 will last longer. The Nano Ripstop fabric is stiffer and stronger, making the Switchblade 2020 feel more stable and steers the kite a more directly. Also in 2020, the Switchblade has pure profile panels that ensure that the kite has the most round shape possible for better effectiveness, performance and reach.

The Cabrinha Switchblade has a characteristic hybrid design with five struts. This design ensures that the Switchblade can take a beating and continues to perform well in strong winds. The Switchblade has been reinforced with High Tenacity Dacron on important points to prevent rapid wear. The rounded tips make a super fast relaunch from the water possible.
