This element distributes forces evenly across both board halves and, unlike the V2, can simply be replaced when needed. Two full-length locking pins keep the connection rock-solid in place. The construction features a CNC-milled Paulownia wood core, lightweight yet with impressive load capacity. The multi-layer fibreglass structure increases stiffness for a direct and predictable feel on the water.
