The neoprene itself is freemax Stretch, nice and supple with good rebound. The 5/4/3 build puts the thickest neoprene on your torso where you want to keep the heat, while your arms stay thinner and more flexible.

The seams are glued and blind stitched, so the needle does not go all the way through the neoprene and hardly anything seeps in.
